Trunk Group Alternate Group

Definition:

The alternate route for a high‐usage trunk group. A trunk group alternate route consists of all the trunk groups in
tandem that led to the distant terminal of the high‐usage trunk group. Where multiple traffic items are offered to the
alternate route, specific traffic items may have alternate routes, in which the second or subsequent leg is different from
the second leg of the trunk group alternate route.
