Routing ESN

Definition:

Used by the 9‐1‐1 Tandem switch office to properly route a 9‐1‐1 call. The routing ESN will change whenever the
emergency services for the area change. Used when an onboard selective router does not have the capacity to store all
of the unique ESNs  needed for the geographical area it supports.
