I have almost been at Intrado for a year, and while I bring a fresh perspective to the public safety industry, I certainly do not have all the answers to the many challenges we face on this transformational journey. I rely on the 45+ years of experience and know-how that the great people of Intrado bring to the table. As the industry evolves to align more with traditional technology practices, my experience in that area becomes increasingly relevant.
