Matt Carter
Chief Executive Officer
Matt Carter, Chief Executive Officer of Intrado, has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the enterprise networking, cloud, and digital technology industries, most recently having served as CEO of Aryaka Networks, a Silicon Valley Venture backed SAAS network and security platform company focused on serving global enterprises seeking to accelerate their digital transformation to the cloud. Prior to his role at Aryaka, Mr. Carter was President and CEO of Inteliquent, Inc. where he led the company’s turnaround strategy, positioning Inteliquent as key player in emerging sectors. Prior to joining Inteliquent, Carter served as President of Sprint’s global enterprise business, where he oversaw the company’s multi-billion-dollar B2B business unit.
Chris Allen
Chief Revenue Officer
Chris Allen, Chief Revenue Officer at Intrado, brings over 25 years of high-tech and SaaS expertise to the forefront of sales innovation. Known for crafting scalable processes and spearheading substantial revenue growth, Chris is an adept leader in building and guiding high-performance teams. Not only has he been instrumental in introducing new products to the market, but he has also played pivotal roles in broadening customer reach. Chris's distinguished career is marked by transformative contributions at Oseberg and TNS Technology, as well as pivotal early work at Intrado where he established and nurtured the Enterprise and Carrier sales teams. His leadership has not only driven sales success but also fostered a culture of excellence and innovation.
Hope Collins
Chief Customer Officer
Hope Collins, Chief Customer Officer at Intrado, possesses over 25 years of customer-centric leadership experience in the technology, financial services, and emergency services industries. She is tasked with overseeing the customer experience and strategy at Intrado, leading teams that are involved in deploying services and providing ongoing support to customers across all business lines. Since joining Intrado in 2010, Hope has held several key positions, including Customer Team Director and Vice President of Operations for Mobility, Carrier Services, Enterprise & Safety Shield services. Throughout her career, Hope has consistently focused on delivering results through strategic and customer-driven initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
Prior to Intrado, she worked in debit card technology at NYCE Payments Network, where she led various customer-support functions, including project management, client implementations, account management, client services, marketing, and operations. A dedicated customer advocate, Hope is passionate about Intrado’s mission of saving lives and protecting communities by helping them prepare for, respond to, and recover from critical events. She holds degrees from Furman University and completed the Kellogg Senior Women’s Leadership Program.
Joe Custer
Chief Financial Officer
Joe Custer, Chief Financial Officer at Intrado, brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in finance, strategy, and corporate development. Before joining Intrado, Joe was CFO of Miovision Technologies, Inc., where he raised C$296M in capital and completed five strategic acquisitions within two years, driving the company's growth threefold. At Intrado, Joe leads the finance, strategic sourcing, and information technology functions, contributing significantly to the company's growth strategy and corporate objectives. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Liz Nguyen
Chief Technology Officer
Liz Nguyen, Chief Technology Officer at Intrado, is an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of experience in software development and technology strategy. Known for her innovative approach and adeptness at modernizing software solutions, Liz previously served as CTO at Vertafore, a leading software provider in the insurance industry. At Vertafore, she spearheaded the company's technological vision and drove its digital transformation initiatives in insurtech. Prior to her tenure at Vertafore, Liz held key roles in several industry-leading technology companies, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results. At Intrado, Liz continues her passion for addressing customers’ evolving needs with creative technical solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration, and promoting continuous learning within her technology teams.
Brian Davenport
SVP Corporate Development
Brian Davenport, SVP of Corporate Development at Intrado, has been with Intrado for 23 years. He has led Strategy, M&A, and Government Affairs. Brian’s depth of experience during his tenure has spanned a majority of the company’s functions and he led numerous M&A transactions for Intrado including the acquisitions of Lucent Public Safety, Positron Public Safety Systems, ECaTS, 911 ETC, and 911 Enable. Prior to joining the company, Brian spent more than 10 years in the wireless industry working for several large wireless carriers, including CommNet Wireless, Airtouch, and Version Wireless where he was responsible for strategy, M&A, and 911 Regulatory. Brian is passionate about Intrado’s mission, to save lives by improving public safety outcomes, and to establish Intrado as the preeminent leader in Public Safety services.

Sarah Grobbelaar, Vice President of People & Culture, is a distinguished HR professional with over two decades of experience across diverse sectors, including technology, consumer goods, and non-profit organizations. Her journey, spanning roles at Conagra Brands and Food Bank for the Heartland, has shaped her into a strategic and highly relational leader. Known for her exceptional skills in HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, and Change Management, Sarah excels in driving positive culture and continuous improvement. Her tenure at West Corporation further honed her ability to influence leaders and staff, ensuring alignment with integrity and collaborative growth. Sarah is a passionate advocate for employees, dedicated to fostering a deep-rooted culture and aligning HR initiatives with core business objectives, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace.
Michael Matheson
Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary
Michael Matheson, Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary of Intrado, has been counsel to Intrado for over 15 years and oversees all the company’s legal functions. Formerly, Mike worked in the legal department at Lumen Technologies supporting marketing and procurement divisions, and prior to that was counsel for an early cloud service provider in a joint venture between Lumen Technologies and KPMG. He began his career as an associate specializing in corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financing, as well as technology and real estate transactions. Mike serves as President of Intrado’s 501(c)(3) charitable organization which supports the emergency needs of employees and the extended community. Mike is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School and Middlebury College.
Fonda Narke
VP of Transformation
Fonda Narke, Vice President of Transformation at Intrado, offers an extensive background in leadership roles across various departments. Her journey includes significant positions such as Vice President in Product & Technology Group at Intrado, Vice President of Corporate Program Management at West Corporate, and Vice President of Product Management at Health Advocate. Fonda's academic credentials feature a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, complemented by the Denver University Executive Management Acceleration Program. A committed community contributor, particularly with the Nebraska chapter of ‘Make-a-Wish,’ Fonda's expertise is crucial in driving our company towards achieving our strategic mission and vision, ensuring the realization of our corporate objectives with precision and efficiency.
